issues regardong the tagboard

ISSUES REGARDING THE TAGBOARD

PROBLEM:
the tagboard cannot be refreshed by using the 'refresh' button on the tagboard itself.

SOLUTION:
click 'tagus' on the navigations itself and it will refresh.

CAUSE:
it may be the problem with the site. no one knows, including me. maybe they haven't finish the uploading of certain things.

the tagboard is wide and short

SOLUTION:
get comfortable with it.

CAUSE:
the amount of stupid scroll bars in the site. i'm trying to lessen the scroll bars.
